Campus Assets Inc. has recently achieved a significant milestone in its pursuit to provide exceptional facilities for Lambton College students. Campus Assets Inc. has successfully made it to the shortlist of developers who will be submitting project proposals. This project aims to open its doors in 2027-2028.
The new residence will offer accommodation to approximately 300-350 students, making it a substantial upgrade from the current residence with only 140 double rooms. The new residence will also feature “grab-and-go” food services.
